摘　要

分析了宝钢集团八钢公司2500m3高炉在原燃料变化较大时,高炉操作制度的调整,全年没有出现大的炉况失常事故,取得了较好的技术指标。

Abstract

The paper analyzed the adjustment of operation system of BF 2500m3 when there were much big changes in raw and fuel materiel.No accident happened and better technical index was achieved.
