摘　要

八钢3~#高炉由于炉身干区砌砖脱落操作炉型发生变化,通过优化操作制度,合理控制冶炼强度,强化炉役后期护炉管理,加强外围管理等一系列措施,实现了安全生产。

Abstract

The shape of BF changed when laying bricks fell off of NO.3 BF. After series of measures were taken, such as optimizing the operation system , reasonably controlling melting strength, strengthening later stage of management, and strengthening the other management of the furnace, the safe stable production was achieved.
