摘　要: 随着电能应用的发展,电机设备已被广泛应用于工业生产的各个领域。电机在整个机械系统中起着举足轻重的作用,一旦电机发生故障就会影响整个系统的正常运行,甚至危及人身安全。本文通过对电动机的各种故障分析、诊断和处理,并综合考虑解决故障的各种方法,达到以最快、最准确的判断处理和检修设备的目的。

Abstract: With the application of electric energy development, electrical equipment has been widely applied to many fields of industrial production. The motor in the mechanical system plays a decisive role. Once the motor failure happens, it will affect the normal operation of the whole system, and even endanger the personal safety. The most accurate judgment processing and maintenance of equipment come true with the motor fault analysis, diagnosis and treatment, and considering the troubleshooting methods.
