摘　要

本文研究了LZ50车轴坯用钢以连铸生产代替模铸生产的工艺可行性,并对连铸生产和模铸生产车轴坯的质量进行对比,确定了连铸车轴坯合理的试制工艺。

Abstract

The process feasibility of LZ50 steel axle billet is analyzed by using continuous casting instead of mould casting. Reasonable trial-production process of continuous axle billet was determined by contrasting the production quality of continuous casting with one of the mould casting.
