摘　要: 4145HMOD稳定器是一种石油钻具,依据它所工作的条件,需具备一定的耐热耐腐蚀性能、良好的综合力学性能同时还要达到一定的硬度要求。本公司通过对其整体的调质处理后,其力学性能全部合格,但硬度偏低,针对这一问题,不断调整热处理工艺最终达到了技术要求。

Abstract: 4145HMOD stable machine is a kind of petrol drilling machine. According to its working situation, it needs heat-resisting and anti-hot corrosion performance and good comprehensive mechanic property, at the same time it has to reach to the requirement of hardness. After it was quenched in our company, we find that its mechanic property is all qualified, but its hardness is less than the requirement. To solve this problem, the hardness is qualified through constantly modifying the process of heat-treatment.
