摘　要

该轧机设计速度偏低,导致增加了轧辊的辊耗,同时限制了整条轧钢生产线的产能;通过改变主减速机总传动比的方式来提高轧辊线速度,以满足生产的需要。

Abstract

Because the rolling mill design speed was low, that resulted in an increase of the roll consumption and limited the yield of the rolling production line. The roll line speed can be improved to satisfy the demand of the production by changing the transmission ratio of main reducer.
