高炉中有害元素的分析及处理

摘　要

八钢在烧结原料中配加大量除尘灰后,K,Na,Zn等有害元素成分增加,在系统中循环,无法外排,对高炉炉况产生的恶劣影响。通过一些征兆判断对炉况的影响程度并采取有效的预防措施减轻对高炉的损害。

Abstract

After adding large amounts of dust-removing powder to sintering raw material,K,Na,Zn,etc.,harmful elements increase,circulating in the system,can not be cleaned out,and make bad influence to blast furnace.The influence is judged for BF condition by some signs with some measures adopted so as to reduce the damage.
