提高焦油产率的探讨

摘　要: 焦油是焦化厂重要的化工产品之一,近年来,随着国内经济的迅速发展,焦油的用途和用量快速延伸和增长,因此焦油的产率提高,愈来愈受到焦化企业的重视。同时也是为焦化厂提高经济效益的重要增长点之一。为此化工专业技术人员多年来,一直对提高焦油产品产率的工作,进行了深入的研究和改进,主要从减少化工产品在焦炉的裂解,提高焦炉煤气中焦油净化水平,提高循环氨水与焦油的分离效果,降低焦油损失等环节入手,经过一系列完善改进后,焦油产率有了一定幅度的提高。

Abstract: Coal tar is important chemical products in coking plant.In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic economy,the usage and amount of tar rapidly increase,so coking enterprises get the more attention of yield of tar.At the same time this is important growth point for coking plant to raise the economic efficiency.This chemical professional and technical personnel have conducted in-depth research and improvement and improved product yield of coal tar for many years,mainly from the reduction of chemical products in coke oven cracking.Coke oven gas tar purification level heightens,and the effect circulating ammonia water and the tar separation improve,and the content of tar loss reduces,etc,with the yield of tar increasing.
