0~#高炉生产操作实践

摘　要

针对高炉分厂0#高炉焦炭质量大幅下降以及炉料结构变动频繁的生产现状,对炉况的影响及应对操作进行了总结。通过对原燃料管理及供热制度、造渣制度的调整,炉况顺行条件有所改善,高炉各项经济指标得到较大提高。

Abstract

A cording to the production conditions of BF 0#,such as coke quality decline and charge structure frequent changing,and,the furnace condition and the operation impact are summarized.Based on the raw fuel management,system management,slagging system adjustment,BF running condition improves with the better economic index of blast furnace.
