摘　要: 对八钢新区2500m3大型高炉炉况失常的原因进行了分析,认为高炉操作管理不到位、入炉原燃料质量变差、原料带入的Zn含量升高、碱金属负荷高及外部环境影响是炉况失常的主要原因。通过改善原燃料质量、调整高炉操作制度和强化管理等一系列措施,保证了高炉生产的稳定顺行,取得较好效果。

Abstract: To Bayi steel new area 2500m3BF reason that condition disorder carried on analysis,think the blast furnace operation management doesn't arrive and doesn't go into a stove original fuel quality to become bad,the raw material take go into of the Zn content go up,the alkali metals burden is high and the exterior environment influence is the main reason that a heat of condition disorder. Pass original fuel quality of improvement and adjust the blast furnace operation system and enhance a management etc. a series of measure,the stability that promised a blast furnace to produce goes fluently,obtaining better result.
