摘　要

北满特钢轧钢机组中的飞剪在倍尺剪切时,时常发生故障,停止工作。增加了补救程序保证剪切的顺利进行,并在飞剪工段设置了声光报警装置,飞剪发生故障时,现场操作人员能及时排除飞剪故障,让轧线生产顺利进行。

Abstract

Sometimes double length cutting does not word with fault. We add the repair program for the case and have alarm remind operator This way that can ensure the shear to work properly.
