摘　要

建设工程监理在工程建设中发挥了应有的作用,保障了施工质量,但也存着一些实际问题制约着工程监理行业的发展。依靠市场、法律等有效手段,促使人们改变观念,推动建设工程监理行业健康发展。

Abstract

Construction project supervision in engineering construction play its proper role,at the same time,some problems also restricts the development of industry. To solve the problem is to rely on the market,and the law to change idea and promote the construction supervision industry to healthily develop.
