西钢复吹转炉提高冷料比生产实践

摘　要

针对长流程生产实际,在铁水量供应不足的基础上,对转炉冶炼进行工艺优化,采取降低出钢温度,废钢料种合理搭配,使转炉冷料比由13%提高到16%,取得较好经济效益。

Abstract

The paper introduces measures of promoting the rate of cold melt in combined converter from 13% to16%. By optimization of smelting process including reducing tapping temperature and reasonably mixing types of scrap material,then better economic benefits had been achieved.
