浅析机械设备维修保养

摘　要: 机械设备资产已占企业全部固定资产的相当一部分,设备固定资产的管理使用、维修成本的大小直接影响到施工生产及经济效益。机械设备由于受作业条件、环境及使用过程中的许多不确定因素的影响,造成在使用过程中机械设备过早的损坏及报废,给企业造成了一定的损失。如何对机械设备进行科学合理的维修与保养,保证机械设备保持良好的技术状态,是保障设备正常进行的基本手段。

Abstract: All enterprises fixed assets are consisting of a considerable part of machinery equipment asset,and fixed assets management; equipment repair cost directly affect the size of construction production and economic benefits. Machinery and equipment due to operating conditions,environment and process in the use of many uncertain factors result in early damage to mechanical equipment in the process of use,and cause a loss to the enterprise and how to carry out the scientific and reasonable repair and maintenance of the machinery and equipment,ensure the equipment to keep good condition is the basic methods to guarantee the normal equipment.
