对复膜金相的探讨

摘　要

当大型材在锻造或在轧制过程中出现钢材表面缺陷时,为了对其缺陷部位进行定位,最有效的方法是通过金相分析来研究材料组织,通过分析金相组织可以知道材质的微观变化,从而准确鉴定钢材的组织缺陷。

Abstract

When the steel surface defects of a large steel at forging or rolling process occur,in order to locate its defective parts,metallographic analysis of material structure is the most effective way by analyzing the material microstructure,which can know the microscopic changes to accurately identify defects in the organization of the steel.
