摘　要: 由于高炉上料在高炉生产中是至关重要的一个环节,无论是称量、入炉料粒度、焦炭水分、设备等出现波动和偏差都将导致入炉料重量不准,布料不准等问题,从而致使炉温大幅度波动,直接影响了炉况的稳定顺行。布料是否准确也就尤为重要,所以加强高炉上料、布料准确率是高炉工作者研究的一个重要课题。

Abstract: The blast furnace is an important link of feeding the blast furnace production. Weighing, granularity,and moisture into the furnace can cause equipment fluctuations and deviation that will result in inaccurate charge weigh to directly affects the stable operation of the furnace. Whether distribution of burden is accurate is crucial,so it is a valuable topic to strengthening fielding the blast furnace and distribution accuracy for engineers at the ironmaking plant.
