摘　要

对石油钻具用连铸圆坯轧制的45MnCrMo钢调质前后经探伤定位取样,通过金相高、低倍、化学成份检验,分析开裂原因。

Abstract

The samples is taken by determining the location through the flaw testing Before and after quenching and tempering for continuous casting rolling round billet 45MnCrMo steel used for petroleum drilling tools. The crack reason is analyzed by metallographic micro,macro,and chemical composition test.
