基于S7-200实现CA6140车床电气控制系统改造

摘　要

本文首先指出了旧机床电气自动化系统改造的意义,分析了CA6140车床继电器接触器式电气控制系统,用S7-200设计了该车床的PLC控制系统,设计了原理图并编制了程序。

Abstract

The significance of modification of electric control system of old machine is pointed out,and the old relay and contactor electric control system of CA6140 lathe is analyzed. The PLC control system of this machine is designed using S7- 200,and then the principle diagram and program are designed.
