摘　要: 目标管理是现代企业管理中一种先进的管理制度和管理方法,在建筑施工质量管理中实行和运用这一制度和方法,对于提高工程项目管理水平、调动工程施工人员的积极性和创造性,加强与调节企业内部的计划管理和对市场的适应性,提高企业的经济效益等,都有重大的意义。
