莱钢烧结生产条件下FeO含量影响因素的研究

摘　要: 烧结矿中FeO含量是评价烧结生产的一项综合性指标,它反映烧结过程的动态控制状况,它与烧结矿的转鼓强度、低温还原粉化率、还原性的相关性很大,是影响高炉炉况顺行的一个重要参数。近年烧结生产条件与工艺制度发生很大的变化,对影响FeO含量的因素进行实验研究,旨在寻求FeO最佳控制范围,提高烧结矿产质量,降低能耗,改善冶金性能。

Abstract: FeO content in sinter is a comprehensive indicator to evaluate the sintering production,it reflects the dynamic control of the sintering process,the drum strength,and low temperature RDI,and has a significant correlation with reduction,and is an important parameter in blast furnace operation. In recent years,the sintering production conditions and process system has changed greatly,the study has been made for the factors affecting the FeO content,in order to seek FeO optimal control range,improve sinter quality,reduce energy consumption,and improve metallurgical properties.
