摘　要

低压铸造应用非常广泛,调整浇注压力与铝液速率,细化成分要求改善高现场铸造条件的稳定性和兼容性,对提高4G1发动机缸盖的铸造质量具有重要作用。

Abstract

Low pressure casting is widely used. It plays an important role in improving the quality of casting 4G1 engine cylinder head by adjusting pouring pressure and liquid aluminum casting rate,and refining component requirements to better the casting conditions with high stability and compatibility.
