摘　要: 简要介绍了新型均热炉在棒材生产上的成功应用,分析了均热炉的技术特点及其采用的节能技术。还重点说明了均热炉的6种不同的加热制度,分析了其不同的影响。并对现有的均热炉采用的数字化蓄热式燃烧系统进行了介绍,说明了均热炉炉温均匀化的技术措施,展望了均热炉节能技术的发展方向。

Abstract: The successful application of new soaking pit furnace used in bar production is briefly introduced in this paper,and technical features and energy conservation technology of the soaking pit furnace are analyzed. Also the six different soaking furnace heating systems are highlighted,and the different affects are analyzed. And the digital regenerative combustion system of existing soaking pit adopted is introduced,and the temperature uniformity technical measures are illustrated,and finally the development direction of saving technology for soaking furnace energy is prospected.
