视觉技术的检测系统软件设计方法

摘　要: 本文主要研究了烟箱缺条检测系统软件设计方法。通过对数字图像处理技术的研究,并针对现场情况,提出了图像增强、纹理分析、模板匹配、直线检测等数字图像处理算法。基于视窗系统,在Visual C++开发平台上,设计了软件的体系结构,编写并调试了各功能模块。现场应用结果表明,系统满足设计要求,具有很高的检测精度和可靠性。

Abstract: This paper studies design methods of detection system software of cigarette carton missing.Through digital image processing technique,and based on on- site situation,the digital image processing algorithms are Raised,such as,image enhancement,texture analysis,pattern matching,and line detection. Using windows- based system,and Visual C + + development platform,software architecture is designed,and the various functional modules are written and debugged. Field application results show that the system can meet the design requirements,with a high detection accuracy and reliability.
