摘　要

八钢2#高炉炉墙结厚分析,总结处理过程,操作上过分追求强化冶炼,设备故障造成无计划休风,冷却强度不合理导致炉墙结厚,通过开放边缘煤气流,调整布料,调整冷却强度等措施。

Abstract

The reason is analyzed for BaYi iron and steel 2#blast furnace wall thickness,and the treatment process is summarized. Wall thickening happens due to the excessive pursuit of strengthening smelting operation,equipment failure caused by unplanned damping down,and irrational cooling intensity. Wall thickening is resolved by adjusting the gas flow through the open edge,the burden distribution,and the cooling intensity.
