摘　要

棒材生产中,磁性链、编码器对冷摆剪剪切质量影响较大。本文分析介绍了棒材剪切不齐、切斜、定尺不准等问题冷摆剪的调节处理方法,起到和同行交流的目的。

Abstract

In the production of bar,magnetic chain and encoder have the influence on the cold pendulum shear quality,and this paper presents a regulation processing method of cold pendulum shear for the problems,such as bar irregular shearing,oblique cutting,not accurate sizing and other issues,to exchange experience with other people of the same trade.
