提高转炉炉衬使用寿命的具体措施

摘　要

转炉炉衬在极其复杂、激烈的物理化学反应的冶炼过程中,不仅承受高温钢水与熔渣的化学侵蚀,还要承受钢水、熔渣、炉气的冲刷作用以及加废钢的机械冲撞等。本文概述了影响炉衬寿命的因素,便于对转炉更好的维护。

Abstract

Converter lining in the extremely complex,intense physical and chemical smelting reaction,it not only bears the chemical erosion of high temperature molten steel and slag,but also suffers the scouring of molten steel and slag,scrap steel,as well as the mechanical impact,etc. This paper summarizes the factors affecting the service life of furnace lining,to facilitate better maintenance of the converter.
