摘　要: 根据露天矿山机械设备使用发展趋势以及相应的维修安全管理方面的内容,揭露出机械设备在使用的过程中存在一定的不利因素,严重影响设备的安全管理,这些因素主要包括机械设备的定期润滑,经济因素,人员配备因素,故障检测以及设计方案。通过对存在的问题进行研究分析后提出切实可行的措施,制定完善的安全管理体制和执行标准,利用新型的检测技术和故障检测技术。

Abstract: According to the trends and corresponding security management of uncovered mining machinery and equipment,some certain adverse factors have been revealed for machinery and equipment in the use process,which affects seriously on the safety management of equipment. Above factors include periodic lubrication of machinery and equipment,economic factors,staffing,fault detection and design plan. Practical measures are supplied,a sound management system and the implementation of standards are carried out,and finally the new detection techniques and fault detection techniques are used after researching the problems.
