摘　要: 本文针对城市热网平衡的工业需求,对集中供热系统的数据采集和远程传送进行设计。系统采用西门子公司推出的S7-1200 PLC通过485总线采集换热站内的变频器及智能仪表工作数据,并通过以太网将采集数据传送到调度中心的上位机,所有设备间的通信均采用Modbus协议。

Abstract: According to the city heat balance industrial demand,data collect and remote transmission of centralized heating system are designed. The system uses Siemens company's S7- 1200 PLC by gathering work data about the frequency converter and intelligent instrument in the heat exchanger station through 485 bus. Data will be transmitted via Ethernet to a dispatch center PC. Modbus protocol is used in communication between all devices
