压铸机液压系统故障分析

摘　要

冷室卧式压铸机由多个系统组成,其中液压系统是关键系统之一,也是故障较多的系统。本文以意大利ITALPRESSE公司IP2150SC型冷室卧式压铸机为例,分析了压铸机液压系统的故障原因并给出相应的排除方法。

Abstract

The cold chamber die casting machine is composed of multiple systems,and hydraulic system is one of the key system,in which there are more system faults. In this paper,taking IP2150 SC cold chamber die casting machine made in ITALPRESSE of Italian Company as an example,the reasons of hydraulic system fault of die casting machine are analyzed,and finally elimination methods are put forward.
