兼容生产棒材、角钢、槽钢的生产线设备配置特点

摘　要: 昆钢红河型钢生产线是一条既能生产圆钢、螺纹钢又能生产角钢、槽钢的全连轧生产线。生产过程中,角钢、槽钢翘头翘尾甚至是扭转变形现象较为普遍,所以相对普通棒材生产线,本生产线对冷床区设备、冷剪、以及后续的离线矫直设备等提出了更高的要求。本文主要介绍了生产线工艺设备配置特点,说明设备的设计思路,以满足兼容三种产品的生产需要,为其他厂提供了设计经验。

Abstract: The section production line of Kunmming Iron& Steel Holding Co.,Ltd. Is a full continuous rolling production line that can produce round steel,screw thread steel,angle steel and channel steel. Head cocked tail and even torsion deformation are relatively common in the production process of angle steel and channel steel,and so relatively compared with an ordinary steel bar production line the higher requirements are put forward for the cooling bed equipment,cold shear,and off- line subsequent straightening equipment etc of the section production line.
