摘　要

在用AC4B合金低压铸造生产4G1发动机缸盖过程中,从模具砂芯结构、铸造冷却条件及铸造压力数值的设定等方面,采取必要的技术手段来减少AC4B合金铸件缺陷的产生。

Abstract

In the process of low pressure die casting 4G1 type cylinder head with AC4 B alloy,it was necessary that some technical measures ware taken to prevent casting defects for AC4 B alloy from the mold core structure,casting cooling conditions,casting pressure setting and other aspects.
