摘　要

分析锻件材低倍夹杂出现的原因。通过优化钢水脱氧及提高脱氧产物的去除率,注重浇注系统的质量以及清洁,可以很好的控制低倍夹杂。

Abstract

The reasons of macro inclusion in forging material was analyzed. By optimizing the deoxidization of molten steel and improving the removal rate of deoxidization products and paying attention to the quality of pouring system and cleaning,macro inclusion can be controlled well.
