喂线机用断线机构的研究

Research on Cutting Wire Mechanism for Wire- Feeding Machine

摘　要

喂线机是钢包精炼技术的关键设备之一。喂线过程可分为喂线、反应、退线三个阶段,但退线阶段会对喂线过程产生不利影响。本文通过对喂线过程的分析,采用增加断线机构去掉退线阶段的方法,从根本上解决这一问题。

Abstract

Wire- feeding machine is very important equipment for ladle refining. Wire- feeding process can be divided into three stages: wire- feeding,reaction,wire- receding. But the wire- receding stage causes an adverse impact on the wire- feeding process. This paper analyzes the wire-feeding process,adopting the method of adding the Cutting Wire Mechanism to remove the wire- receding stage,to solve this problem fundamentally.
