摘　要

八钢由于受成本压力影响,开始尝试冶炼低价原料,高炉外围原燃料条件恶化、高炉设备故障及操作制度调剂不及时造成了炉况失常,失常原因、前期表现和恢复过程进行了详细分析和总结。

Abstract

Due to the influence of cost pressures,Bayi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd began to try smelting cheap raw material. When the deterioration of the fuel conditions happened around peripheral blast furnace,the equipment failures of blast furnace and the operating system was adjusted in time,which caused illness of blast condition. In this paper,the reasons causing the furnace conditions disorders,early performance and recovery processes are analyzed and summarized in detail.
