摘　要: 设备不仅是企业固定资产的重要组成部分,也是一个企业技术装备水平的重要标志,是企业赖以正常生产经营和参与市场竞争的物质技术基础。设备管理是以企业生产经营目标为依据,通过一系列的技术、经济、组织措施,对设备的规划、设计、制造、选型、购置、安装、使用、维护、修理、改造、更新直至报废的全过程进行科学的管理。设备管理的目的是要以经济的费用取得最佳的投资效果。这就要求对企业的设备等固定资产以及其他资产进行计价评估,为使保持生产持续,我们要对备件进行合理的存货。使设备经常处于良好技术状态,保证产品质量和设备安全运行,促进生产的持续发展,为提高企业经济效益和社会效益服务。本文主要对设备的管理,设备资产及备件的管理作了探讨。

Abstract: Equipment is not only the important constituent of enterprises ' fixed asset,and also an important symbol of the level of technical equipment of enterprises,which is the material and technical basis that the enterprise rely on in the respect of normal production and operation and participating in market competition. Equipment management is the scientific management of the whole process in which there are planning,design,manufacture,selection,purchase,installation,use,maintenance,repair,alteration,update to scrap of the equipment with taking enterprise production and management goal as the basis,through a series of technical,economic and organizational measures. Purpose of equipment management is to obtain the best effect by means of economic cost investment. This requires evaluating the fixed assets and other ones of the enterprise's equipment,to keep production to continue,and also we must make reasonable inventory of spare parts. Making equipment often in good technical condition,ensuring the quality of products and the safe running of the equipment,and promoting the sustainable development of production can improve the enterprise economic benefit and make social benefit service better. This paper discusses mainly the equipment management,and the management of equipment assets and spare parts.
