硅钼蓝光度法测定硅的含量(成品分析)

摘　要: 由于公司的二炼钢厂要求每个钢锭都要进行试样分析,每次分析的试样达几十个,因此我们将国标分析硅的方法稍加改动成适合于大批量试样的成品分析。试样用稀酸溶解,在微酸性溶液中,硅酸与钼酸铵生成硅钼杂多酸。在草酸的存在下,用硫酸亚铁还原成硅钼蓝,最后测其吸光度。

Abstract: Because Second steelmaking plant of the company requires each ingot to sample by sample analysis,there are dozens samples at a time,so we will slightly change the GB silicon analysis method of analysis in order to be suitable for mass sample analysis. The sample dissolves in dilute acid,and then in weak acid solution,silicic acid and ammonium molybdate form silicon molybdenum heteropoly acid. In the presence of oxalic acid,ferrous sulfate is reduced into silicon molybdenum blue,and finally its absorbance is measured.
