摘　要

S500钢化学成分标准变化后,成型拉刀冷加工过程出现掉渣现象。本文通过对成型拉刀进行锻造退火和热处理工艺试验,找出最佳热加工工艺,解决掉渣现象的发生。

Abstract

After the standard of S500 steel chemical composition changes,there is edge drop in the cold processing of molding broach. In this paper,the best hot working process is determined,and edge drop in the cold processing of molding broach is solved by forging and annealing,and heat treatment experiment for molding broach.
