转炉托圈漏水处理方法研究

摘　要

本文对当前转炉托圈漏水的处理方法进行了归纳和总结,分析了当前处理方法存在的问题及原因,并在此基础上提出了将带压堵漏技术应用于托圈漏水的处理方法,经实践验证,此方法效果良好,弥补了已有托圈漏水处理方法的不足。

Abstract

In this paper,it sums up the disposal methods for leakage of converter ring and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the current treatment methods. On this basis,it presents the method which the leak of converter ring can be sealed up under the pressure. It has been verified by practice that this method has good effectiveness,and the inadequacy of existing disposal methods can be made up for.
