摘　要: 透气性是关系着烧结过程的重要参数,它影响烧结成品率,合格率,生产过程能源利用率等各种参数。而混匀矿透气性又由原料质量、粒度、燃料溶剂配比及原料水分等决定。其中水分控制是这些条件里的最关键因素,下面在其他条件不变的情况下,通过一、二混目标水分率的调节在线控制一、二混加水量,确保烧结机上混合料的透气性,这一在线加水过程根据二混后水分率实时响应,自动调节,我们称之为自动加水专家系统。

Abstract: the gas permeability is an important parameter of relationship between the sintering process,it affects the sintering yield,yield and production process of various parameters,such as energy efficiency. And ore blender permeability by the quality of raw materials,grain size,fuel ratio of solvent and raw material moisture,etc. Moisture content control are the key factors in these conditions,the following in the case of other conditions unchanged,by one or two mixed target moisture rate adjust online control one,two mixed with water,make sure on the sinter mixture gas permeability,an online water process according to the real- time response after two mixed water rate,automatic adjustment,we call it a expert system for automatic adding water.
