摘　要

随着成本要求的不断提高,乘用车更多采用Huck钉连接。利用过程控制并对设备进行改进,让Huck钉连接过程结果输出更加直观,为过程控制的计算以及Poka-Yoke运用提供了有效数据输入。

Abstract

With the increasing demand of cost,Huck rivets are applied for link in the passenger car more often. By use of process control and equipment improvement,the output of Huck nail connection process is more intuitive,so that effective data input can be provided input for the calculation of process control and application of Poka- Yoke.
