探讨冶金机械液压污染的原因与控制

摘　要

冶金机械的大量高精度液压系统故障70%~80%是由于液压油液的污染造成的,对整个系统危害极大。本文分析了液压系统污染的原因及危害,同时提出对污染进行控制的措施。

Abstract

A large number of the malfunctions of the high precision hydraulic system would happen in metallurgy mechanism,70% ~ 80% of which is due to the contamination caused by hydraulic oil,and that is very harmful to the whole system. This paper analyzes the cause and harm of hydraulic system pollution,and puts forward measures to control the contamination.
