钢坯定重剪切技术在西钢连铸机的应用

摘　要: 西林钢铁集团有4座转炉对应的连铸机所产钢坯一直是以"定尺的长度"作为标准进行切割。按"定尺"方式切割的钢坯,虽然各支钢坯长度相同,但是其重量并不相同。而轧钢是以钢坯重量为主要标准,钢坯重量的不同会增加钢坯在轧制过程中的浪费。为彻底解决这一问题,西林钢铁集团检修公司炼钢自动化所立项对连铸机剪切系统进行改造,开发出一套西钢专有的钢坯定重剪切自动控制系统,有效地保证了成材率。

Abstract: Xinlin iron and steel group has four converters,and billet made from the corresponding continuous caster is sheared by the length of the"scale"as a standard of cutting. Though each billet is of the same length in the "length"way,its weight is not the same. Billet weight is referred as the main standard of steel rolling,different billet weight will increase waste billet in the process of rolling. In order to completely solve the problem,steelmaking automation institute of Xinlin iron and steel group's maintenance company Applied for the project to reform continuous casting machine shear system to shearing automatic control system of specified weight billet and effectively guarantee the yield.
