摘　要: 稳定的焊缝质量是冷轧酸连轧高效平稳生产的最基本的前提条件和基础,本文主要从机械并参考工艺、电气等多方面着手综合分析引起焊缝质量问题的因素,并根据现场具体现象逐一进行排查为有效控制焊缝质量提供了相应的措施和方法。

Abstract: The stable quality assurance of welding bead is the basic precondition for the stable and productive running of Cold rolled acid rolling line. This article analyses the comprehensive factors of the welding bead defect from the aspects of the electric control system and machinery device,and studies the specific welding bead defect on the well spot in order to propose a reasonable method to avoid the defect.
