摘　要: 自动化控制和计算机技术实现了高炉智能控制,本文介绍了6σ在冶金中的应用,举例说明如何运用6σ分析高炉生产重要参数,并提出利用6σ结合PLC技术对高炉生产重要参数进行在线分析和智能调控,满足高炉稳定顺产,为现场提供一定的指导。

Abstract: The Intelligent control of blast furnace is realized by automation control and computer technology. This paper introduces the application of 6 Sigma in the metallurgy,and illustrates how to analyze the important parameters of blast furnace production by 6 Sigma. And it proposes the important parameters of blast furnace production online analysis and intelligent control by the technology of 6sigma combine with PLC. It can make the blast furnace have an easy delivery,and provide some guidance for the field.
