金属烧结过程中温度场分布的有限元分析

摘　要: 利用ANSYS对金属(钛)在烧结过程中的热场进行有限元数字模拟,分析影响金属烧结温度场分布的主要因素。通过对温度场烧结参数的分析,及对金属粉末在烧结过程中受热均匀性的影响,选择较为合适的参数组来对金属进行烧结。并分析检验了激光束的半径、烧结功率、烧结时间以及间隔时间(主要是针对激光器的脉冲而言)、以及扫描间距与热场温度变化的关系。

Abstract: It's Using ANSYSFor metal( Ti) in the sintering process of thermal field The finite element numericalsimulation,analysis the main factors affecting metal sintering temperature field distribution.Through the analysis of temperature field sintering parameters,and in the process of metal powder in the sintering process,the influence of heating uniformity,Choose the suitable parameter set to sintered metal. Test and analysis of the laser beam radius,power,sintering time and sintering time interval( mainly in view of the laser pulse),temperature changes and the thermal field and the scanning interval.
