摘　要

为开发出符合国家动车车体使用性能要求的6082铝合金车体型材,通过试验研究,优化挤压工艺参数和模具结构。最终得到符合客户要求的6082车体铝合金型材。

Abstract

The extrusion technology parameters and manufacture for produce 6082 aluminum profiles have been optimized through the experiments to developing the 6082 aluminum alloy profile used for high- speed train vehicle,which aimed to meet the performance requirements of the country. Finally,the comprehensive properties of the profile can be obtained.
