摘　要

化学镀铜现已广泛地应用于国防工业、机械制造、化学工业等领域。本文在叙述了化学镀铜技术及发展趋势的基础上,还对化学镀铜的常用方法和卞要应用范围进行了说明。

Electroless copper plating has been widely used in the defense industry,machine building,chemical industry and other fields. This paper describes the electroless copper plating technology and the basis of the development trend.
