摘　要

42CrMo汽车曲轴在运行中发生断裂,经分析非金属夹杂物在曲轴皮下聚集,汽车长期超载运行使曲轴产生疲劳断裂。

Abstract

42CrMo automotive crankshaft occurs fracture in the operation,it's analysized that non-metallic inclusions are collected under the surface of the crankshaft,the car overload long time occurs fatigue fracture of the crankshaft.
