炼铅底吹炉烟灰中镉的回收工艺研究

摘　要

本文介绍了铅富氧熔炼过程产出的底吹炉烟灰中镉的回收工艺,烟灰经过水浸、中和沉淀等工艺过程,富集回收了铅、镉。试验结果:Cd的浸出率88.51%,回收率88.47%,氢氧化镉产品镉含量达到70%以上。

Abstract

This paper introduces the recycling technology of cadmium of the output of the bottom blowing furnace in the process of oxygen enrichment of lead,and the process of water leaching,neutralization and sedimentation and so on,the lead and cadmium are enriched.The result showed the extraction of cadmium is 88.51%,the recovery of cadmium is 88.47%,the hydroxide cadmium contains of 70% Cd or more.
