炉缸边缘堆积的研究

摘　要: 炉缸工作状态直接影响煤气流的初始分布、炉前出铁作业、风口寿命、渣铁成分,从而影响高炉各项生产指标。笔者结合八一钢铁南疆拜城有限公司1~#高炉开炉并转顺一年生产实践,探讨炉缸边缘堆积的征兆、原因及其措施。认为提高焦炭质量、合理调整原料配比、选择和原燃料相匹配的操作制度等来消除炉缸堆积,达到炉缸均匀活跃的工作状态。八一钢铁南疆拜城有限公司1~#高炉炉缸体积305.35m~3,设有24个风口,两个出铁场(南场和北场),3个铁口,9~#风口为零度,3~#铁口为127.5度,1~#铁口为232.5度,2#铁口为307.5度。

Abstract: Working conditions directly affect the hearth initial distribution of gas flow,iron blast furnace operations,outlet life,slag and iron components,thus affecting the blast furnace production targets.I combine Bayi Ironand Steel Co.,Ltd.Baicheng 1~# blast furnace and turn along a year of practice,explore the signs of accumulation hearth edge,causes and measures.Considered to improve coke quality,reasonable adjustment ratio of raw materials,fuel choice and match the original operating system,such as to eliminate the accumulation of hearth,hearth achieve uniform active working condition.Southern Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Baicheng 1~# blast furnace hearth volume 305.35cubic meters,has 24vents,two of the ironworks(South Course and North Course),three iron mouth,9~#outlet is zero,3~# iron mouth of 127.5degrees,1~#iron mouth of 232.5degrees 2# iron port is 307.5degrees.
